The Centre of Excellence in Nanoelectronics (CEN) at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) focuses on research and education in the areas of: Nano-scale electronics Devices Technologies Materials Micro and nanoelectromechanical systems Bio-electronic interfaces and Integrated small-scale systems.
