As you want info about Indian Institute of Mass Communication so here I am giving you its basic info , at persant time this institution consider as one of India's premier institutes for training, teaching and research in mass communication. Indian Institute of Mass Communication was set up by the Government of India in 1965 as autonomous society under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.

Indian Institute of Mass Communication offered variety of disciplines including :
Print journalism,
Photo journalism,
Radio journalism,
Television journalism,
Development communication, c
Ommunication research,
Advertising and public relations including
Postgraduate programmes
Print journalism,
Electronic journalism and advertising and
Public relations.

Recently Indian Institute of Mass Communication has started programmes in Hindi and Oriya language.

Eligibility for admission
Graduation in any discipline. Candidates who have appeared/are appearing for the degree examination are also eligible to apply.


Fees
Tuition fee for courses 1 & 2 Rs. 50,000 each, for course 3 it is Rs. 70,000, for course 4 is Rs. 92,000 and for course 5 is Rs. 28,000. For NRI sponsored candidates the fee is US$ 8000 for Course 1 & 2 and US$ 12000 for Course 3 & 4.
