Indian Maritime University (IMU), Chennai, welcomes applications for Common Entrance Test (CET) for admissions to Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programs, for the scholastic year 2016-17 (August Batch)

All admissions to the different UG and PG Programs of the IMU and its Affiliated Institutes (for the scholastic year 2016-17 beginning on 01st August 2016) will be through All India Online Common Entrance Tests (CETs) which will be directed on 04th June 2016 (Saturday)

IMU CET 2016

There will be a CET regular to all UG Programs. There will be a CET normal to the 2 MBA programs; another CET basic to the 2 M.Tech programs

Admissions to Diploma in Nautical Science prompting B.Sc (Applied Nautical Science) Program in Affiliated Institutes are open just to 'supported competitors', i.e. competitors supported by Ship Owning or Managing Companies who qualify in IMU's CET for UG programs

IMU CET 2016 Eligibility Criteria

1-year DNS Program prompting B.Sc (Applied Nautical Sci.) [Mumbai, Chennai, Kochi]: i) 10+2/equal (PCM-60%) or ii) B.Sc (PCM)/B.Sc (Electronics with Physics as individual subject in one of the years) Marks at least half or;

iii) B.E/B.Tech from IIT or school perceived by AICTE Marks at the very least half

Age Limit for IMU CET
