Indian Engineering Services Apply Online
The Indian Engineering Services Exam conducted by UPSC. I have done B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. Now I want to appear in this following exam. So is there any official website for Indian Engineering Services Exam? I think I have to fill the application form on the official website of UPSC, so give me procedure how to fill online application form?

IES- Indian Engineering Service Exam is a paper-pen based, four-part government service examination directed by the Union Public Service Commission for recruitment of engineers in the Engineering Services of the Government of India Categories of which recruitment is made through the Examination i. Civil Engineering ii. Mechanical Engineering iii. Electrical Engineering iv. Electronics & Tele-communication Engineering Eligibility Age Limit: Candidate aged between 21 and 30 years. Academic Qualification:- B.E./B.Tech Online application form Fees: Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) [excepting Female/SC/ST/PH candidates who are exempted from payment of fee] IES Exam Dates IES 2016 Date: - 27.05.2016 (FRIDAY) Duration of Exam: - 3 DAYS. Paper Pattern Paper I (Objective type) General Ability Test 200 Marks (Part A: General English) (Part B: General Studies) Papers II & III (Objective type) Civil Engineering/Mechanical 200 Marks for each Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Electronics & Tele-Communication Engineering Papers IV & V(Conventional Type) Civil Engineering/Mechanical 200 Marks for each Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Electronics & Tele-communication Engineering Total marks for written Examination 1000 Marks Personality Test 200 Marks there will be penalty (negative marking) for wrong answers marked by a candidate in the Objective Type Question Papers. 10 minutes |
