As per me Indian Air Force has not published recruitment notice for Clerk General Duties which come under NON-TECHNICAL TRADE along with following posts:

Ground Training Instructor,
Air Field Safety Operator,
Telephonist / Radio / Telephone Operator,
Indian Air Force Police,
Clerk General Duties,
Equipment Assistant,
Clerk Pay Accounting,
Medical Assistants,
Mechanical Transport Drivers etc.
