As on today 24th Sept 2014, there Air Traffic Controller Entrance exam notification is not published, for your idea here I am giving details of its last recruitment:

Opening date for on-line registration on website –
28.02.2012

Closing date for online registration on website –
30.03.2012

Last date for receipt of payment though DD/PO –
26.03.2012

Last date for receipt of payment through credit/debit card –
26.03.2012

Eligibility:
The applicant should have full time regular Bachelors degree in engineering or technology in disciplines of electronics/telecommunications and information technology.

OR

M.Sc in Physics/Mathematics/Computer Science of Electronics

With Minimum aggregate of 60%

Age:
The maximum age for candidates is 27 years as on 01 February of the year of exam.

Exam Paper Pattern:-
The Question Paper comprises of 4 parts.

Some sections of the paper will have objective type questions.

General English
General knowledge
Mental Ability Test Which is numerical or logical based
