International Law Book Services is prevalently known as ILBS both in the book exchange and in legitimate circles.

It initiated its distribution business in 1981 at the Ampang Park Shopping Complex, Kuala Lumpur.

ILBS now directs its business under one rooftop from its own particular premises, Wisma ILBS, a five-story working, in the prestigious Perdana Business Center in Petaling Jaya.

ILBS left a mark on the world when it distributed The Constitution of Malaysia in the Tamil dialect. Indeed, even the Indian Constitution is not accessible in the Tamil dialect which is the official dialect of Tamilnadu, India.

Dr Syed Ibrahim is the author and Sole Proprietor of ILBS. He adopts a hands-on strategy to his business by working as the Editor-in-Chief of ILBS.

Around 1000 titles on more than sixty subjects more than two decades - that is the record of ILBS.

The productions of ILBS can be characterized into 6 classifications: (i) Laws of Malaysia on CD-ROM; (ii) Golden Federal Statutes; (iii) Statues with Cases and Commentaries; (iv) Statutes with Notes and Cases: (v) Updated Statutes; and (vi) Legal Forms.
