As you want to get the details of MA in Development Studies in Humanities and Social Sciences at Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati so here is the information of the same for you:

Admission:
The programme has a maximum of 48 seats.

The admission is conducted through an entrance test for which the announcement is made around the month of February, March.

The test is conducted in the month of June. A part of the test consists of multiple choice questions. The other part is descriptive. The areas which are covered are current affairs, contemporary economy, politics, society, as well as logical reasoning. Currently the only centre for taking the test is IIT Guwahati.

Admission normally starts towards the end of July, after which the classes start.
