IIT Vs MIT

I have completed my B.Tech and want to take admission for doing M.Tech but I am confused whether to join IIT or MIT for doing M.Tech. Can you please tell me which one is better in terms of placements? Also provide me the different fee structure for M.Tech course from IIT and MIT so that I can compare?
