Centre of Excellence in Disaster MItigation and Management, under the patronage of IIT Roorkee came into being in 2010, with the sole purpose of conducting educational program, facilitating cutting edge research and training on disasters, vulnerability and their mitigation.


Its two year long Masters' Program (M. Tech.), prides itself of about the complex details of almost every disaster India faces.
