The IIT institutions offer courses leading to Bachelor’s degree in a number of engineering, technological and scientific disciplines.

Some IITs offer Dual-Degree M.Tech. programmes, where in both B.Tech. and M.Tech. degrees are awarded.

The tentative dates for IIT are:
Online application process last week of October
Closing of Online application last week of December
Offline Application Forms sale a first week of November
Close of Offline Application Forms first week of December
Last date of receipt completed IIT-JEE middle of the December
IIT-JEE examination starts in the 2nd week of April.
Declaration of Results in the month of May.
