A few candidates can also be considered for admission to the Ph.D./M.S. programme without assistantship also (Non-HTRA) under full time (regular) category.

This can be called as the direct admission.

The eligibility is same as the HTRA candidates.

To take admission like this candidates have to enclose a letter along with the Application Form stating that they may be considered for admission even without assistantship (Non-HTRA).
