National Conference on "Intellectual Property Rights" 2008 created and facilitated a stimulating environment for the development and exchange of ideas in the management of IPR with special emphasis on emerging economies problems given a dynamic global environment.

The conference aimed at linking creation and protection of knowledge capital to improvement in the quality of life in the Indian context. The themes chosen focused on broad areas intended to cover the whole spectrum of issues related to knowledge capital in diverse areas.
