I am pursuing B.Tech form University Engineering College, Kota and want to apply for Summer Internship at IITJ (Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur) so please tell me that how can I register my self? Is there any charge of Internship? Give me contact details of IITJ for inquiry about Internship?

Undergraduate Research Initiative

The Undergraduate Research initiative (UGRI) Program of the Institute provides a platform to young students to engage in research with Faculty Members of the Institute for a period of two (2) months during summer.

Instructions to Apply

Eligibility

To be eligible to apply, students must have completed their V Semester of B.E., B.Tech., B.Tech.-M.Tech. Dual Degree, or 1st Year of M.Sc. or M.A. Program.

Students must have secured academic performance of 70% or a 7.5 CPI/CGPA on a 10 point scale, or 65% or 7.0 CPI/CGPA. They must not have failed any course.

The research proposal must provide the following information:

(1) Abstract (maximum 250 words),
(2) Objectives and expected outcomes,
(3) Significant impact to the society, and
(4) Outlines of procedures and methodologies.
The proposal should not exceed four A4 pages or 1200 words (including illustrations) written in own words. Further, a realistic goal should be formulated keeping in mind the time frame available.

2. Last date for submitting On-line Applications : 14 April 2018
3. Announcement of selected Students on IIT Jodhpur Website : 21 April 2018
4. Confirmation from the selected Students : 30 April 2018
5. Commencement of the UGRI 2018 Program : 14 May 2018
6. Submission of research report and presentation : 13 July 2018
