As you want to know IIT or JNU which is better for Msc. Biotech and also between IIT Bombay and Roorkee so here I am providing you the detail.

JNU is good university but my opinion is IIT because IIT known in not only in India but in the world so I suggest IIT for Msc. Biotech.

And in between IIT Bombay or Roorkee I am go with the IIT Bombay because IIT Bombay rank higher than IIT Roorkee

As you have scored a very good rank so in my opinion you must go for the IIT now the question you are asking i.e. between IIT Bombay or Roorkee so go for IIT Roorkee because that’s the best for you in my opinion
