Fill all the details on the form and then click on submit button.

Submit the following documents at Paathshala Office-

Printout of Enrolment Form

Two Passport Size Colored Photograph

Self Attested Photocopy of Result Sheet of last passed Examination.

Enrolment Form Fee = Rs 200/-
