I have completed M.Tech in Civil Engineering from IITD (Indian Institute of Technology Delhi) last years and I want to get my PG Transcripts, Degrees and Certificates so please give me procedure to obtain these from IIT Delhi? Is they are available online or I have to visit IITD?
