IIT Delhi Student Id Card

Hello sir I am a student of IIT Delhi . I lost my ID card and now want a new card but I don’t know what details I have to fill in the application form of duplicate ID card ?? Also tell me the fee I have to pay for duplicate ID card

The Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (abbreviated IIT Delhi or IITD) is a public research university located in Delhi, India. It was declared to be Institute of National Importance by Government of India under IIT Act.

You have to fill the following details while applying for the duplicate ID card
1.Entry Number
2.Name (as filled in JEE)
First Name
Middle Name
Last Name
3. Programme
4 Permanent Address
5. Mobile No.
6. Telephone No./Mobile No. of Parent/ Local Guardian:
7. Name of Hostel
8. Blood Group
For this duplicate ID card you have to make a DD of Rs 500 from Canara or SBI bank
