Indian Institute of Technoloy (IIT), Delhi has invited the application for admission to full time and part time Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) program offered in Mathematics, Physics, Textile Technology, Chemistry, Humanities & Social Sciences, Atmospheric Sciences, Energy Studies, Rural Development and Technology, Biological Sciences departments

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must have obtained a CGPA of 6.75 for general/OBC (6.25 for SC/ST/PH) on a 10 point scale or 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/ PH) in aggregate

The GATE score must not be lower than the minimum prescribed viz. 300 for general/OBC and 200 for SC/ST/ PH students .

Selection Procedure

Candidates selected on the basis of interviews directed by the institute.
