Yes , NRI quota seats for MSC course at IIT Delhi is available . Candidate who want to get admission ion these seats have to appear in IIT JAM exam.

IIT Delhi MSc Admission & Eligibility Details :

Eligibility :
Candidate must secure at least 55% aggregate marks or equivalent Grade Point Average (GPA) in Bachelor’s degree.

For M.Sc. (Chemistry)
Bachelor’s degree with Chemistry as a subject for three years / six semesters
Mathematics at (10+2) level.

For M. Sc. (Physics)

Bachelor’s degree with Physics as a subject for at least two years / four semesters .
Mathematics for at least one year / two semesters.

For M.Sc. (Mathematics)

Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics as a subject for at least two years / four semesters.
