IIT Delhi offers M.Tech. program in Applied Mechanics, Applied Research in Electronics [CARE] ,Atmospheric Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics and Textile Technology, Energy and Environment Management, Computer Applications, Industrial Tribology & Maintenance Engineering, Instrument Technology, Opto-Electronics & Optical Communication, Polymer Science and Technology, VLSI Design, Tool & Technology and Telecommunication Technology and Management

Eligibility

60% marks or 6.75 CGPA on a 10-point scale

Selection Procedure

Admission to M.Tech programme are carried out by first short-listing the eligible students (meeting the minimum performance in their qualifying degree) and scoring above a GATE cut off specified for the programme and then conducting written test / interview at IIT Delhi.

GATE score is given a minimum weight of 70% in judging the overall performance of the students appearing for interview.

How to Apply

Submission of Application Form is only through online procedure. Online submission of application form may be made by accessing the Institute website

Students belonging to General/OBC category are required to pay for each application form a fee of Rs. 200/- and the students belonging to SC/ST/PH categories are required to pay Rs. 50/-.

Students are not required to send hard copy of the application form and bank challan.
