I want to get my son admitted in Bharti School of Telecommunication Technology and Management, which comes under IIT Delhi. So when this school is going to start admissions for this academic year I want to know. Along with that provide me with a list of documents needed at the time of admission

Bharti School of Telecom was set up in 2000 through a joint initiative of IIT Delhi and Bharti Enterprises to fulfil emerging technological and managerial aspects of telecom, with a vision to develop Telecom Leaders through excellence in education and research.

The School offers PhD, MS (Research), M. Tech (Telecom Technology and Management), and MBA (Telecom systems Management) degrees. It provides state-of-the-art labs to its students that are comparable to the best in the world. It is housed in a modern building with very good facilities.

Courses Offered

Master of Technology (M. Tech)
M. Tech.(Telecom Technology and Management) is a 2 year (4 semester) program.
It is intended as a full-time program with classes during the normal working hours.

Ph. D
The award of the Ph.D. degree is in recognition of high achievements, independent research and application of scientific knowledge to the solution of technical and scientific problems.
Creative and productive inquiry is the basic concept underlying the research work.
Applications are invited by advertising the programmes in Employment News/leading newspapers in March for the first semester and in October, for the second semester every year.

M.S (Research)
M. Tech. and M.S.(R) programmes mainly differ in the fraction of course and project/thesis credits.
M. Tech. programmes have 2/3rd credits for the coursework while M.S(R) programmes have 2/3rd credits for the thesis component.
Programme duration: The duration for programme is 4 semesters (24 months) for full-time students and 6 semesters (36 months) for part-time students.

Master of Business Administration (M.B.A)
The M.B.A. (Telecom Systems Management) is a 2 year (4 semester) program.
It is designed to be convenient for practicing professionals with early/evening classes whenever possible.
