IIT Bombay Accommodation

I want to know about the Guest Accommodation Booking System of IIT Bombay. I want to use all accommodations which provides by the IIT. So provide process that how I will do login in the Guest Accommodation Booking System? Is there Easy process or it’s a tuff process for login?

Indian Institute of Technology has the following guest house facilities available at the campus:

Jalvihar Guest House
Very true to its name, with 'Jal' meaning water, and affording great views of the scenic Powai lake on one side and with lawns and a pond on the other, this well maintained modernist structure with its open-to-sky architecture feels just as fresh and inviting as it was when it was planned in the 1960s, by the renowned architect Khareghat, of Khareghat Associates.

2 dining halls

Guest Safe with Locker
Conference hall on ground floor with 50 seats
Seminar hall on 2nd floor with 40 seats


Vanvihar Guest House
A more fresh addition, this rather minimalist yet elegantly designed building sited next to Jalvihar overlooks the lawns and pond. It was planned by architect Mr. S N Madhiwala and inaugurated by the Institute’s distinguished alumni Mr. Nandan Nilekeni in December 2001, mirrors its name Vanvihar - with the wide canopied trees neighbouring its perimeter.

Adjoining the Vanvihar is Gulmohar, which houses the Institute’s restaurant, a bank (Canara Bank) with ATM facility.

Faculty Apartment
These neat, fully furnished faculty apartments absolute with kitchenette facilities, a refrigerator, television and air-conditioning, are the ideal choice for visiting faculty intending to reside on the campus for a longer period of time (6-12 months).
