Eligibility for Integrated PhD
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology; or
Master’s degree in Science in an appropriate field; or Bachelor's degree in Science (with Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry as subjects of study) followed by AMIE, AMIIChE, Grad.IETE etc.
