About the PGP Course
The first year provides the incoming students with a thorough grounding in the functional areas of Management. They undergo 61 credit foundation courses in various functional areas, followed by 8-10 weeks of summer training in business and industrial organisations. The first year courses in the core curriculum are common to all students and considering the level of rigour with which they are taught these will enable the students to enter into any stream of management when they embark upon a career.

Duration : 2 year

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [(45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disability (PWD)] awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India

Admission Selection Criteria

Shortlisting for Personal Interview(PI), Group Discussion(GD) and Writing Ability Test(WAT) The first stage process applies to all eligible candidates (who appear for CAT and registered online for admission to IIMK) to determine the candidates to be called for personal interview (PI) and GD/WAT.
