I have given the Group Discussion & Personal Interview of Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode for admission to MBA programs . When will the IIM Kozhikode announce the merit list of GD PI Shortlist candidates ?

The Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode adopts a two-step selection process for admissions which includes (a) Short-listing of candidates on the basis of their CAT score (overall and sectional), 10th and 12th marks (b) Personal Interview, Group Discussion and Written Ability Test for all the short-listed candidates. The institute gives different weightage to all the sections before finalising the admission of a candidate. However, Personal Interview has been given the maximum weighatge followed by the CAT score by the institute for the admission IIM Kozhikode Admission Criteria 2018 CAT cutoff Category CAT (Overall CAT (Sectional 10th Class 12th Class Percentile) Percentile) Percentile Percentile General 90 80 60 60 NC - OBC 80 70 60 60 SC 65 50 55 55 ST/PwD 55 40 55 55 Only successfully registered candidates will be considered for the next stages of the selection process. Now, the first step of the selection process begins. Step 1: Short listing for Personal Interview, Group Discussion and Writing Ability Test (PI-GD-WAT) The first step is to short-list the candidates who have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria. A shortlist of candidates in each category will be created based on an Aggregate Index Score (AIS). The AIS is computed based on the performance in CAT 2017, Class 12th, Bachelors degree marks and work experience. Short listing criteria Component Maximum Weight CAT 2017 Scores (overall and sectional) 75% Class 12th marks 7.50% Graduation marks 7.50% Work experience 5% Academic/Gender Diversity Factor 5% Total 100 Only the successfully registered candidates will be considered for the subsequent process. CAT Index Score - CAT score is an important component in the admission process of IIMK. GD/WAT/PI Weightage Component Maximum Weight Personal Interview 45% CAT 2017 35% GD/WAT 15% Work experience quality 5% Category-wise merit list will be prepared based on the final scores and the admission at IIMK will be offered to the students who successfully get on the final merit list.
