IIM Calcutta Motto

What is the motto of the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta? I got success in CAT exam and become a short listed for the interview for PGP course in the institute. So I cam expecting that the interviewer can ask me about the IIM Calcutta so I am preparing some questions in advance.
