Candidates will be selected on the basis of two-step process. In the first step, one is shortlisted on the basis CAT scores followed by performance in Academic Writing Test (AWT) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. Candidates profile including past academic records and work experience is also taken into consideration. After the first round of screening through CAT scores, candidates past academic records - Rating Scores of Class X, XII and Bachelors Degree - would be rated based on the weightages assigned at each percentage range Rating Scores for 10th Std.
