Candidates will be selected on the basis of two-step process. In the first step, one is shortlisted on the basis CAT scores followed by performance in Academic Writing Test (AWT) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. Candidates profile including past academic records and work experience is also taken into consideration.

After the first round of screening through CAT scores, candidates past academic records - Rating Scores of Class X, XII and Bachelors Degree - would be rated based on the weightages assigned at each percentage range

Rating Scores for 10th Std. Exam (Rating Score A)

Percent Score in Xth Std. Exam Rating Score A
<=55 1
>55 and <=60 2
>60 and <=70 3
>70 and <=80 5
>80 and <=90 8
>90 10

Rating Scores for 12th Science Stream (Rating Score B)

Percent Score in XIIth Std. Exam Rating Score B

>60 and <=70 3
>70 and <=80 5
>80 and <=90 8
>90 10

Rating Scores for 12th Commerce Stream (Rating Score B)

Final Selection

The final selection of candidates will be based on a diverse set of factors including performance in CAT, AWT & PI, academic, co-curricular and extra-curricular achievements, work experience etc.
