Hi, buddy as we have information about fellow programme in Management
from IIMA here we provides you as follows

The Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) is the doctoral programme of
the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. The objective of the
programme is to provide students with necessary skills to identify and
research complex issues in the field of management

Duration

Generally a little over four years that includes two years of rigorous course
work. From the first term onwards students take advanced doctoral level
courses in the area of specialization along with some recommended PGP
courses

Programme Overview

Phase I

Fundamentals of Management

First year of the programme is designed for developing the required
proficiency in general management and a broad understanding in the area of
specialization. the Students take courses in major functional and general
management areas such as accounting and control, computer and
information systems, finance, marketing, operations, personnel and
industrial relations, and strategy.

Phase II

Specialization

Students take advanced courses in their area of specialization and related
fields for the purpose of acquiring indepth knowledge. In addition, all
students have to take a compulsory package of FPM courses, which are
specially designed to develop teaching and research skills and an ability to
integrate their learning

Phase III

Doctoral Dissertation

The dissertation or thesis provides the student with an opportunity to
undertake original research in their area of interest. The dissertation should
be a scholarly contribution to the knowledge pertinent to the understanding
and resolution of management problems.
