IIIT Delhi Vs NIT

I am from Delhi. I have passed 10+2 with Science stream. I want to do B.Tech, so I have appeared in the Entrance Exam of IIIT Delhi and NIT Delhi. I got pass in both entrance exams. So pls give me suggestions that in which College I should take admission between IIIT Delhi and NIT Delhi? Give placement brochure for B.Tech program of both Colleges.
