Admission

Since 2013, the Government of NCT of Delhi has conducted common counseling for admission to the B.Tech. programmes at IIIT-D, Delhi Technological University and Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University. Admission to IIIT-D is based on:

A candidate who has secured 80 percent or more marks in aggregate (including Physics, Chemistry and Math) and 80% or more in Mathematics in class XII from CBSE/ICSE/IB board or equivalent is eligible for applying to IIIT-D.

Total marks obtained in Paper 1 of Joint Entrance Examination and normalised score in Class 12th as provided by JEE (60% & 40% weightage respectively).

Bonus marks which are given for achievements in various areas like Olympiads, programming contest, national talent search, sports, culture, chess, etc.
Reservation as rule,

Admissions for foreign nationals/Person of Indian Origins/Non-resident Indians will be through DASA
