IIIT Delhi PG Entrance Exam Eligibility Criteria:
Applicant should have a valid GATE score (2014/2015). They should have a CGPA of at least 6.5 out of 10 or 65% in B.Tech/BE and 60% in all previous degree including 10+2.

SC/ST Applicants must have a B.Tech/BE in CS/IT/ECE/EE with a CGPA of at least 6.0 out of 10 or 60%. They must have at least 55% in all previous degree including 10+2.

Applicants who are appearing for their final examination are also eligible to apply

IIIT Delhi PG Entrance Exam Selection Procedure:
Applicants will be screened on the basis of GATE scores as well as their previous academic record (B.Tech/BE, 10+2).

A maximum of 430 (230 for CS, 120 for ECE and 80 for CB) candidates will be short listed and invited to IIIT Delhi to participate in the second stage

B Tech admissions to various programs of IIIT-D (Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi) will be done through Joint Admission Counselling, JAC-Delhi, and through IIIT-D admission process using UCEED rank (Only for some seats in CSD) and Class XII Marks (Only for some seats in CSSS). Admissions for foreign nationals/PIOs/NRIs will be through DASA.
