The IIIT was established in 2013.
The IIIT campus at Sri City is spread over 70 acres.

B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) – 60 Seats

Tuition Fee
Rs.80,000 per semester

Admission Fee
Rs.10,000 (One time payment)

Caution Deposit
Rs.10,000 (One time payment. Refundable at the end of the programme)

Hostel Fee, Water & Electric Charges
Rs.12,000 for semester I (on sharing basis)
(Water & Electric Charges to be adjusted against actual)

Mess Charges

District Andhra Pradesh is one of the 20 new IIITs being set up by the
Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India

Eligibility

Candidate must have passed 10+2 with PCM as compulsory subject

Candidate must have appeared in JEE Mains

Admission Procedure

Admission based on JEE mains score followed by counselling conducted by
CSAB.

Facilities

It is compulsory for all students to stay on-campus as IIIT is a residential Institute
Separate hostels for boys and girls
Students can access campus-network and computing facilities from their hostel rooms through Wi-Fi
