Indian Institute of Horticultural Research (IIHR) Bangalore has invited the application from interested and eligible candidates for the recruitment of 13 JRF, SRF, Technical Helper, Technical Person, Skilled Worker, Skilled Assistant and Field Assistant vacancies under various research projects/ schemes on temporary basis.

Intereseted and Eligible candidates are encouraged to apply on or before 26-02-2013 and attend for walk in interview on 07and 08-03-2013.

JRF: 02 posts
Technical Helper: 01 post
Field Assistant: 02 posts
SRF: 01 post
Lab. Assistant: 01 posts
Technical Person: 01 post
Skilled Workers: 03 posts
Skilled Assistant: 02 posts

Age Limit:

-Age limit should be 40 years for men and 45 years for women for RA post.
-Upper age limit should be 35 years for men and 40 years for women for SRF post.


Educational Qualifications:

-You should possess M.Sc in Biotech/ Agriculture/ Microbiology/ Agricultural Pathology/ Zoology, M.Sc in Crop Physiology/ Botany/ Horticulture for SRF post for JRF post,
- You should possess Graduation in Horticulture/ Agriculture/ Botany for Technical Helper post,
- Must have B.Sc (Agri)/ B.Sc (PCM/ CBZ) for Technical Person post, SSLC/ JOC for Skilled workers, Field Assistant and Lab Assistant post.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in interview.
