The Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Mumbai, was founded in the year 1954 by the All India Women’s Central Food Council. The purpose of institute is to improve the nutritional high cereal diet to a more balanced diet.

Admission Procedure

The Copies of certificates attached to the application form, should be attested by the Principal of the School/Institute or a Gazetted Officer or Special Executive Magistrate.

Original Certificate will have to be produced at the time of scrutiny of application prior to admission.

Application for admission will not be considered unless it is :
a) Properly and correctly filled in
b)Accompanied by attested copies of the requisite certificates in support of the claims made in the application
c) Received in the office on the last date & time prescribed.

B.Sc,Hospitality Studies, 3 years Degree Course
Eligibility: HSC Passed (Arts/ Sci / Com), Minimum 45% in HSC (Single Attempt)

Bachelor in International Hospitality And Tourism Management
3 years Degree Course,In collaboration with Queen Margaret University,
Eligibility: 10+2 in any stream (Arts/Science / Commerce).

BA in International Culinary Arts
3 years Degree Course
Eligibility: 10+2 in any stream (Arts/Science / Commerce)

Diploma in Patisserie & Confectionery
1 Year Full-Time Diploma program in Pastry, Baking and Confectionery Arts
