The Indira Gandhi National Open University IGNOU, is a distance learning national university located in IGNOU road, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi, India. The university was established in 1985. IGNOU is run by the central government of India.
IGNOU is the largest university in the world.

The University does not off LLB program. It offer Post Graduate Certificate in Cyber Law (PGCCL).

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline or Fourth and Fifth year students of Five year integrated LL.B course who passed three years.
