As per me Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) does not offered JBT program, but it offered D.El.Ed which is equate JBT courses :

Admission Process Entrance Exam

Eligibility:

Applicants should be passed the Class 12th / Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent examination from the recognized Board of state or central of India.

Selection Process:

The applicants will be admitted to the Diploma in Elementary education (D. El. ED) 2018 admission process in the entrance exam & counseling.
