I have taken admisison in the IGNOU University for doing graduation through distance mode but I have not received my IGNOU Identity Card. Will you please tell me how can I apply for getting the identity card from this University please tell me the process?

this not done it's mistake from ignou dat u've not sent us the id and now we are not allowed to write exam its completely unfare do take an action on this and provide us our details
