As you Wants to Apply for the Assitant Professor Recruitment of the Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research, Mumbai The Eligibility Criteria for the Recruitment is given below

Job Requirement :

Eligibility: One should have a Ph.D., with a first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch, with a very good academic record throughout, with excellent publications, and must possess at least three years of research/teaching experience, excluding the experience gained while pursuing Ph.D. A fresh Ph.D. with less than the requisite experience may be considered for visiting appointment on a contractual basis, in PB3.

The compensation details are given below:

PB3: INR 15600-39100; AGP: INR 8000 with a minimum pay of INR 30,000 in PB3 and a
total gross salary of INR 98,468 (EXCLUDING HRA). After completion of 3 years of service in PB3, they will be placed in PB-4: 37,400-67,000 with Grade Pay of 9000 plus allowances.
