Please tell me is computer science candidate eligible for IES exam ?

As you want I am here giving you information regarding the branches which are eligible for the IES Exam.

IES Exam mainly for the four branches of engineering that are :
Civil Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

But if any requirement is there than the computer science engineering candidate also eligible for the exam they have to choose the optional subject from the above branches , so eligibility for the computer science engineering candidate depend on the vacancy.

Eligibility :
Nationality:Indian

Qualification :
Candidates haveEngineering degree from any recognized university

Age : 21 – 30yrs

Number of attempts :

4 attempts are allowed for General candidates for IES Exam

7 for OBC are allowed for OBC candidates for IES Exam

No limit for SC/ST/others for IES Exam
