No you are not eligible to apply for IES examination after passing Informaton tenology and Computer Science & Engineering branch course. Indian engineering service exam mainly applicable for Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Electronics students. Indian Engineering Services (IES) examination is organized by UPSC for recruitments in government sector

IES exam is conducted to fill vacancies only in these four departments:
Category I—Civil Engineering
Category II—Mechanical Engineering
Category III—Electrical Engineering
Category IV—Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering

Educational Qualifications
You have to pass a degree in Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent.

Age-limits
21-30 years on 1st August of the year of Examination.

Exam pattern :
Written Examination
Paper I (Objective type) General Ability Test
(Part A: General English)
(Part B: General Studies) 200 Marks

Papers II & III (Objective type) Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Electronics & Tele-Communication Engineering 200 Marks for each paper

Papers IV & V(Conventional Type) Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Electronics & Tele-communication Engineering 200 Marks for each paper
Total marks for written Examination 1000 Marks
Personality Test 200 Marks

I want to get information that is IES eligible for IT & computer science or not please provide me information about it ?

Yes an IT & computer science engineer is eligible for applying IES exam.

For applying IES exam candidate must choose a subject from following subjects:

Civil Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering

Eligibility:

Nationality:
A candidate must be a citizen of India.
A subject of Nepal, or Bhutan is also eligible.
A Tibetan refugee who live as Indian before the 1st January, 1962 is also eligible.

Qualification:
Candidate must have an Engineering degree from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central Government or State Legislature in India.

Physical Standards:
The candidates applying must be physically and mentally fit as per the physical standards laid by UPSC.

IES Prelim Syllabus:
General English
The English paper will be designed to test general understanding of English and everyday use of words. .

General Knowledge
General Knowledge including knowledge of current events and matters of every day observation and experience
The knowledge of scientific aspects of everyday life is expected at the level of an educated person. The paper will also include questions on History of India and Geography of a nature which the candidate should be able to answer without special study.
