IES Eligibility After PG in Business Economics

Hey there! I have completed my PG in Business Economics. Now I want to be appear in IES exam. Am I eligible for IES exam???

Yes dear, as you said that you have completed PG in Business Economics so you are eligible for entrance exam because to be appear in IES entrance exam, candidate must have Post graduation in Economics/ Business Economics / Applied Economics /Econometrics.

Nationality

• The candidate must be a citizen of India.


Age Limits:
• Candidate’s age must be lies in 21to30 years.


Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must have:
• Post graduates from a recognized university in Economics/ Business Economics / Applied Economics /Econometrics for Indian Economic Service.

IES stands for Indian Engineering Service exam.

It is conducted by UPSC

Eligibility:
For Indian Economic Service
Must have passed Post Graduate Degree from a recognized university in Economics/Applied Economics/Business Economics/Econometrics

For Indian Statistical Service
Must have Post Graduate Degree from recognized university in Statistics/Applied Statistics/Mathematical Statistic

So you are eligible for the Indian Economic Service

Age - limits:
Age should be between 21-30 years
