IES Eligibility after Completing B.Tech in IT

I want to appear for IES exam and I have completed my B.Tech in IT, am I eligible for that or not ?

Yes you are not eligible for appearing this IES exam.

IES is Indian Engineering Services exam which is conducted by UPSC.

Eligibility for IES exam:
Nationality:
A candidate must be a Indian citizen.
If a candidate is a subject of Nepal, or Bhutan is also eligible for this.
A candidate who is a Tibetan refugee living in India from 1st January, 1962 is also eligible.

Age Limits:
A candidate must have minimum 21 years age.
Maximum age is 30 years.

Educational Qualifications:
A candidate must have an Engineering degree from a University which is recognized by Central Government or State Legislature in India.

The candidate must have passed section A & B of the institutes or University examination.

Physical standards:
Candidates must be physically and mentally fit as per the physical standards laid by UPSC.
