The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) last date for submitting the Examination Application Form are as given below;

Offline Application Form without Late Fee:

The last dates for submitting the Examination Application Forms without late fee are as follows-
1. For June, 2014 Term - 31st March, 2014

2. For December, 2014 Term - 30th September, 2014

Offline Application Form with Late Fee:
The last Dates for submitting the Examination Application Forms with Late Fee of Rs. 300/- are as follows-

1. For June, 2014 Term - 10th April, 2014

2. For December, 2014 Term - 30th September, 2014

Last date with Late Fees:
10th October 2014

Documents required with application:

1. Attested copy of the Educational Certificates and Mark Sheets (Class 10th and 12th)

2. Three copies of the passport size photographs to be pasted on the following: Application Form, Identity Card and Form respectively

3. The documents should be attested from any member of the ICWAI/ ICAI/ ICSI/ State Legislative Assembly or any gazatted officer for this purpose.

Cost of Prospectus: Rs250

Course Fee:

For Foundation: Rs 4000

For Intermediate: Rs 20000 (Rs16000 for Postal) and

For Final: Rs17000 (Rs 12000 for Postal)
