Phase I – The 12 month Training offers knowledge and skills in core banking with an opportunity to specialize in one of the following areas in banking:
Privilege Banking
ii) Trade Finance
iii) Rural Inclusive Banking
iv) Retail Banking

Phase II – The applicants also have an option for 18 months online training to gain managerial skills required for banking job.

applicants have the option of completing Phase II in 30 months, post which an MBA degree will be conferred only on the successful completion of both Phase I and Phase II.
