Icet Second Counseling Details

I was apply in icet but I cannot get place in 1st counseling so I want to know details information about second counseling can you provide me web there I can see full detail of second counseling?

Integrated Common Entrance Test (ICET) entrance was taken on month of May 2012. Around 3 lakhs candidates had appeared in ICET 2012 exam. ICET 2012 entrance was taken for admission into MCA and MBA degree programs for all universities in Andhra Pradesh (AP).

Eligibility for AP ICET 2012, 2nd counseling details-
1) If you have not participated in previous phase, you can participate as a fresh candidate by attending certificate verification at one of the HLCs.
2) If no seat is allotted in previous phase of counseling
3) If seat is allotted and you are not interested to join allotted collage
4) If you had paid fee and/or reported at the collage, you can participate in the subsequent phase of web counseling if any.
