IBSAT Cutoff for Hyderabad Campus

Can you tell me about the factors on which the cut off for IBS Aptitude Test (IBSAT) is based for admission in IBS Hyderabad Campus?

Every year IBS Aptitude Test (IBSAT) is conducted by the ICFAI Foundation for admission in higher education courses in various colleges and the IBSAT Cutoff will also be decided by the exam bodies for all candidates.

The cutoff will be an important release as the short listing of candidates as well as merit generation will depend on the cutoff data.

The minimum score required to qualify the entrance exam will be termed as the IBSAT Cutoff and the rank corresponding to this score will be termed as the cut off rank. The cutoff ranks are the last ones to be included in the merit list.

The IBSAT Expected Cutoff shall be around the cutoff of previous year as there has been no major change in the exam methodology and evaluation strategies.

IBS Aptitude Test (IBSAT) is conducted by IBS Business School for the MBA/ PGDM admission. The calculation of IBSAT Cutoff is done on the basis of the factors mentioned below:

1. Number of exam takers
2. Cutoff of previous years
3. Difficulty level of entrance exam
4. Annual intake for the year etc

One, whose marks are more than the cutoff of exam, will be the only ones who will be called for the GD / PI round.

After the GD/PI round the IBSAT Cutoff will be again released for all colleges to shortlist the candidates further.

Thus the cutoffs will be released at different levels of admission process.
