Tentative pay scale
Officer Scale I 23700-980(7)-30560-1145(2)-32850-1310(7)-42020.
Officer Scale II 31705-1145(1)-32850-1310(10)-45950.
Officer Scale III 42020-1310(5)-48570-1460(2)-51490.

Job Perks and Other Allowances are as follows!
Allowances Amount
Dearness Allowance (DA) 39.80% of the Basic Pay (Revised Quarterly)

Special Allowance (SA) 7.75% of the Basic Pay

Human Resource Allowances (HRA) 9.0% or 8.0% or 7.0% (Depends on the place of posting)

City Compensatory Allowance (CCA) 4% or 3%

Benefits
Dearness Allowance:
DA or Dearness Allowance is a cost of living adjustment paid to all government employees.

House Rent Allowance:
HRA is the allowance paid to an employee to pay his/her house rent or expenses towards accommodation

Travel Allowance:
Travel Allowance is the amount paid by the employer to an employee on account of expenses made on travel for office purposes.

Provident Fund:
The amount for this is contributed by both employee and employer. Both contribute an equal amount which is deposited every month to the PF account maintained by the government.

Medical Facilities:
All employees under IBPS SO enjoy medical benefits on account of employer. These medical benefits include payment or medical expenses if incurred or health and medical insurance.

Bonus: Bonus is an extra amount paid to all the employees. This can be on account of festivals or performance based.
