Institute of Banking Personnel Selection – IBPS conducts Common Written Examination (CWE) for the recruitment of Specialist Officers in various cadres like IT, Technical, Agriculture, Legal, Marketing, HR & Rashtrabhasha in 19 Public Sector Banks, twice in a year.

This Year About 300,000 candidates have applied for the IBPS Specialist Officers Written Test, only 16,268 candidates managed to get through the CWE conducted by IBPS on behalf of the 19 public sector banks

Result Analyses :

Majority of candidates have applied for IT Officer position, a hopping 194,755 candidates have registered for this position but only 151,058 candidates have appeared for the CWE.

Only 4394 candidates have qualified, the highest number of qualified candidates are for the Marketing officer position.
