Hello sir I have been called for Interview at Institute of Banking Personnel Selection for probationer officer so would you please tell me what document are require at the time of Interview??

1. Printout of the valid Interview Call Letter

2. Valid system generated printout of the online application form registered for CWE Clerks-IV

3. Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate issued by the Competent Municipal Authorities or SSLC/ Std. X Certificate with DOB)

4. Photo Identify Proof

5. Mark-sheets & certificates for Graduation or equivalent qualification etc.

6. Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format as stipulated by Government of India in the case of SC / ST / OBC category candidates.

Note: And friend all documents should be original….

Important Documents Required for IBPS PO Interview

Print Out of Interview Call Letter – Which is issued by IBPS PO, take a single printout of it.
Date of Birth Proof – Birth Certificate issued by the Competent Municipal Authorities or SSLC/ Std. 10th Certificate with DOB.


Photo Identify Proof – Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Driving License, Passport, Bank Passbook with a photograph,
Voter ID.

Mark-sheets & certificates for Graduation or equivalent qualification etc. Proper document from Board
/University for having declared the result on or before 01.08.2015 has to be submitted.

Caste Proof – Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format as stipulated by the
Government of India in the case of SC / ST / OBC category candidates.

Disability Proof – Certificate in the prescribed format issued by the District Medical Board in case of
Persons With Disability category.

Address Proof – Address Proof is not as such necessary incase if you have mentioned the wrong address on
your application form then too there is no need to worry.

Resume/CV – No need to carry your resume/cv.

Ex-serviceman candidate – An Ex-serviceman candidate has to produce a copy of the Service or Discharge
book along with pension payment order and documentary proof of rank last / presently held (substantive as
well as acting) at the time of the interview. Those who are still in defense service should submit a
certificate from a competent authority that they will be relieved from defense services, on zte – Candidates serving in Government / quasi-govt offices/ Public Sector
Undertakings (including Nationalise Banks and Financial Institutions) are required to produce a “No
Objection Certificate” from their employer at the time of the interview.

Age Relaxation – Persons eligible for age relaxation under II (5) must produce the domicile certificate


Experience certificates – If you have any experience certificates then you can carry them in your
interview.
